Meet Kendra
I began my career as an LMT in 2017 working clinically with corrective deep tissue modalities. Several years later I began exploring the impact of stored emotional trauma as well as chronic stress and the impact both have on our physical bodies. There is a saying that “our biography becomes our biology”. My goal is to unlock ALL forms of tension while also activating your parasympathetic nervous system so your body can start to recover. My continuing education has led me to become certified in cupping therapy as well as craniosacral therapy. I have the ability to work both clinically as well as energetically with a wide range of skills including deep tissue, cupping, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, sports massage, and craniosacral therapy.
